Green Machine
Wow, it's been 2 years since I started this blog. (cue Flintstones song) Happy anniversary, happy anniversary, happy anniversary, HAAAAAAAAPY anniversarrrrry! (end Flintstones song) Oh, the memories...are there any? Not off the top of my head, no :)
Now that everyone's finally back from vacation, I've got the week off of work so that I can make some progress on my thesis. So far, so good...I handed in a section of Chapter 3 to my supervisor, which leaves me with one more heavy section, a chapter 3 conclusion, and an overall conclusion that will be my Chapter 4. Off the top of my head, I believe I'm around the 55 page mark...which leaves me with 20-25 more. I'm not planning on this paper being really long and rambling...I want it precise and to the point. It will also diminish the number of questions I'll face at my defense! So yeah, not much writing left, but I need to schedule some interviews soon I suppose...that's the only thing I haven't prepared for yet.
The goal is to be done writing this thing by Christmas, and have profs read it over the holidays! I also want it done because I promised myself I would buy an Xbox 360 for when I have very little left to write!
I'm still buzzing from the Rider win on Sunday. They actually might win this Sunday too...which means I need to decide soon if I'm going to venture out to Winnipeg for the Grey Cup later this month. I don't want to have to go to Winnipeg for no reason ;)
Back to typing, then to watch some classic Battlestar Galactica. then some more typing, then supper, then to watch American election results...then maybe some more typing.

Just wanted to let you know that I still read this blog even from Washington, DC! How come no one informed me of the rider gopher controversy?! How scandalous! I got to go to a Capitals game a couple of Fridays ago and I thought about you. Plus I am pretty sure that I am in love with Alex Ovechkin....I will try to send you a real e-mail soon.
